birthdays and PriVATE Art Events

Do you have a special event or birthday you’d like to celebrate? We’d love to help you do so! Adult events are 2-2.5 hours and Kids (Ages 6 – 13) events are 1.5 hours. To book your event, please send Tia an email with a proposed date and time.

PricinG & Fees

We ask for a $100 deposit fee upfront, which will be non-refundable if you cancel your party with less than 24 hours notice before the party date; this deposit counts towards the total fee of the party and is not an additional charge.

If you would like a custom project, there is an additional fee of $150+tax. We do not copy other’s artwork, but you can send Tia some inspiration and ideas for the project you would like, and she will add her own creative twist to make it happen!

Adult Event PricinG

For 5 – 7 participants, it’s $50 +tax/participant

For 8 – 11 participants, it’s $45 +tax/participant

For 12 – 15 participants, it’s $40 +tax/participant

For 16 – 25 participants, it’s $35 +tax/participant

Kids (Ages 6 – 17) Event PricinG

For 5 – 7 participants, it’s $45 +tax/participant

For 8 – 11 participants, it’s $40 +tax/participant

For 12 – 15 participants, it’s $35 +tax/participant

For 16 – 25 participants, it’s $30 +tax/participant

Food & Drink

We do allow outside food and non-alcoholic drinks. We are not a licensed establishment. If you would like to personally serve alcohol at your event, please contact us and we will guide you through how to apply for a SLGA special occasion (non-sale) permit online.

OFF-SITE EVENTS

We do not currently offer off-site events, as the studio is set-up comfortably to accommodate up to 25 folks with all appropriate supplies and amenities.

Cancellation policy

All cancellations must happen at least 24 hours before your booked date. Failure to cancel before then will result in the retention of your $100 deposit.
